歇一歇/Rest A While

主耶穌派門徒們去傳道後，叫他們到曠野歇一歇，

這是主對他們的愛與體恤，

暫時遠離人群，有沉靜的時間，

單單享受與主的同在，好使他們重新得力。

不單是對身體有益，也是為了靈魂興盛。

你是否聽見主對你說：你來，同我暗暗地到曠野地方去歇一歇呢？

「使徒聚集到耶穌那裏，將一切所做的事、所傳的道全告訴他。

 他就說：「你們來，同我暗暗地到曠野地方去歇一歇。」

這是因為來往的人多，他們連吃飯也沒有工夫。 

他們就坐船，暗暗地往曠野地方去。」

馬可福音 6:30-32 CUNP-神

「「六日你要做工，第七日要安息，使牛、驢可以歇息，

並使你婢女的兒子和寄居的都可以舒暢。」

出埃及記 23:12 CUNP-神

After the Lord Jesus sent his disciples to spread the gospel, 

he told them to rest awhile in a desolate place.

 This is the Lord’s love and compassion for them.

To stay away from the crowd temporarily, and have a quiet time.

 Just enjoy being with the Lord so that they can be refreshed,

 and regain their strength.

 It is not only good for the physical body, 

but also for the prosperity of the soul and spirit.

 Have you heard the Lord say to you: 

Come away with me to a desolate place and rest a while?

“The apostles returned to Jesus and told him all that they had done

 and taught. And he said to them, 

“Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.”

 For many were coming and going, and they had no leisure even to eat. 

And they went away in the boat to a desolate place by themselves.”

Mark 6:30-32 ESV

“Six days you shall do your work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; 

that your ox and your donkey may have rest, 

and the son of your servant woman, and the alien, may be refreshed.”

Exodus 23:12 ESV
