當銀行在教導他們的行員辨識真假鈔票的時候，不是教導他們有多少種不同的偽鈔，乃是極細靡遺地教導他們清楚知道真鈔是怎麼樣的，因為真的只有一個，假的千變萬化，熟知真的就能辨認假的。同樣的，真理也只有一個，所以我們要好好的來學習聖經真理，熟知真理就能辨識假教導。我們可以相信誰説的話是真理呢？相信遵主而行，傳説神話語的，然而前提是你要熟知何為神的話語及神的道。
「恩典和真理都是由耶穌基督來的。」- 約翰福音 1:17b
「並那壞了心術、失喪真理之人的爭競。他們以敬虔為得利的門路。」
- 提摩太前書 6:5
「我寫信給你們，不是因你們不知道真理，正是因你們知道，並且知道沒有虛謊是從真理出來的。」- 約翰一書 2:21
「祢的話是我腳前的燈， 是我路上的光。」- 詩篇 119:105
「耶和華啊，求祢將祢的道指教我； 我要照祢的真理行； 求祢使我專心敬畏祢的名！」- 詩篇 86:11
When banks are training their staff to distinguish between genuine and counterfeit money, they are not teaching them how many different kinds of counterfeit money there are. The staff is taught very carefully to know what the real money looks like; because there is only one real one, but the counterfeits are endless. Therefore, by knowing the real one well, they can identify the fake. This is the same with the truth, there is only one truth. Therefore we must study and know the biblical truth well. Only when we know the truth we can recognize the lie (false teachings.) Who can we trust is speaking the truth? Trust the one who is walking in accordance with the Lord, and speaking the Word of God. However, the premise is that we must be familiar with what is in the Word of God, and we also must be familiar with God’s ways.
