惟喜愛祢的訓詞/Only Love Your Precepts

謊言是一種隱瞞真相或是誤導他人的圖謀，

是撒旦最喜歡使用的伎倆。

不知道是否有人喜歡被欺騙的感覺，

然而，就筆者所知大多數人是討厭被欺騙的。

因為謊言破壞了人與人之間的信任，

即便有時你的謊言沒被戳破，也許是僥倖，尚未被發現，

也許有時確是因為他人的良善，希望愛能遮掩過錯，

惟願我們不要像撒旦般「心蒙脂油」，

意思就是說，心已經冷酷，無情無義而任意妄為，

惟願我們喜愛並遵行神的訓詞，

因神的話語美妙，可以建立我們，

使我們堅定生活，不致羞愧，並給我們活潑的盼望。

“謊話是我所恨惡所憎嫌的； 惟祢的律法是我所愛的。”

詩篇 119:163 CUNP-神

“驕傲人編造謊言攻擊我， 我卻要一心守祢的訓詞。

 他們心蒙脂油， 我卻喜愛祢的律法。 

我受苦是與我有益， 為要使我學習祢的律例。

 祢口中的訓言與我有益， 勝於千萬的金銀。

 祢的手製造我，建立我； 求祢賜我悟性，可以學習祢的命令！”

詩篇 119:69-73 CUNP-神

“我若不是喜愛祢的律法， 早就在苦難中滅絕了！

 我永不忘記祢的訓詞， 因祢用這訓詞將我救活了。”

詩篇 119:92-93 CUNP-神

A lie is an attempt to conceal the truth or mislead others.

 It is Satan's favorite trick.

 I don’t know if anyone likes to be deceived,

 however, as far as I know, most people hate being deceived.

 It’s because lies destroy the trust between people.

 Even if sometimes your lie is not exposed, 

it may be a fluke and has not been discovered yet.

 Maybe it’s sometimes because of the goodness of others, 

hoping that love can cover up mistakes.

 I hope we don’t have a “heart is unfeeling like fat” as Satan.

 It means that the heart is already cold, ruthless and unrighteous.

 May we love and obey the precepts of God.

 Because God’s Word is wonderful,

 it can build us up, 

makes us firm to live without being ashamed,

 and gives us living hope.

“I hate and abhor falsehood, but I love your law.”

Psalm 119:163 ESV

“The insolent smear me with lies, 

but with my whole heart I keep your precepts; 

their heart is unfeeling like fat, but I delight in your law.

 It is good for me that I was afflicted, that I might learn your statutes. 

The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver pieces. 

Your hands have made and fashioned me; 

give me understanding that I may learn your commandments.”

Psalm 119:69-73 ESV

“If your law had not been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.

 I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.”
