來父面前/Come Before The Father
記得孩子小的時候，常常一有什麼事，
不論是喜怒哀樂或需要幫助都會跑到我跟前，
有時是很興奮地展示自己堆砌的樂高玩具，
有時是自己塗鴉的作品，
有時是需要幫忙打開的零食袋，
有時是在院中摘得野花送給我，
有時只是要我揣入懷中陪伴或保護，
做為孩子來到父母面前是最自然的事情，
作為父母也非常享受孩子願意分享他們的生命，
更加享受孩子願意與他們同在。
做為神的兒女我們也當如此，
到父神面前或傾心吐，或求幫助，
或讚美祂，或靜靜地讓祂懷揣，
我們天上的父神也喜悅我們來到祂面前。
「父親怎樣憐恤他的兒女， 耶和華也怎樣憐恤敬畏祂的人！」

「耶和華喜愛敬畏祂 和盼望祂慈愛的人。」

「但主是信實的，要堅固你們，保護你們脫離那惡者 。」

I remember that when my children were young,
often times when something happened,
whether they were joyful, angry, sad, or they needed help,
they will come to me.
Sometimes they were very excited to show off the Lego they built.
Sometimes it’s their drawing they wanted to share.
Sometimes it’s a snack bag that they needed help to open.
Sometimes they picked wild flowers in the yard and gave them to me.
Sometimes they just wanted me to hold them in my arms
to accompany and protect them.
It’s the most natural thing for children come to parents.
As a parent, I also really enjoy my children willing to share their lives with me.
It’s even more enjoyable when they willing to be with me.
As children of God, we should do the same.
Come to the Father God whether to pour out our hearts, asking for help,
to praise him, or just be still let Him embrace us.
Our Father God in heaven also pleases when we come before Him.
“As a father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.”
Psalm 103:13 ESV
“but the Lord takes pleasure in those who fear him,
in those who hope in his steadfast love.”

“But the Lord is faithful.
He will establish you
and guard you against the evil one.”
