絕對/Absolute

有人說：「你怎麼過一天，就怎麼過一生。」

大概的意思就是如果你懶散過一天，就懶散過一生，

或你勤奮過一天，就勤奮過一生；

有它的警戒提醒作用，然而不是絕對。

我更喜歡聖經中所說的「你日子如何，力量也如何。」

唯有每日與主耶穌基督親近，從祂支取力量，

我們才能從軟弱變剛強，我們才能從憂傷變喜樂，

唯有主耶穌基督可以使我們轉變，活出神起初創造我們的目的，

唯有主耶穌基督才是絕對。

「你的日子如何，你的力量也必如何。」- 申命記 33:25b

「你們親近神，神就必親近你們。」- 雅各書 4:8a

「疲乏的，祂賜能力； 軟弱的，祂加力量。」- 以賽亞書 40:29

「我呼求的日子，祢就應允我， 鼓勵我，使我心裏有能力。」- 詩篇 138:3

「除祂以外，別無拯救；因為在天下人間，

沒有賜下別的名，我們可以靠着得救。」」使徒行傳 4:12

Someone once said, "How you live a day, it’s how you live your life." 

The general meaning is that if you are lazy for a day, 

then you will be lazy for your whole life, 

or if you are diligent for a day, you will live a life of diligence.

 It serves as a warning and a reminder, 

however it’s not absolute truth.  

I prefer what the Bible says better,

“as your days, so shall your strength be.”

Only by getting closer to the Lord Jesus Christ every day,

and drawing strength from Him can we transform from weak to strong, 

and turn from sadness to joy.  

The Lord Jesus Christ can transform us to

live out a life of the very purpose that God created us for.  

Only the Lord Jesus Christ is the absolute truth.

“and as your days, so shall your strength be.”

Deuteronomy 33:25 ESV

“Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.”

James 4:8 ESV

“He gives power to the faint, and to him 

who has no might he increases strength.”

Isaiah 40:29 ESV

“On the day I called, you answered me; 

my strength of soul you increased.”

Psalm 138:3 ESV

“And there is salvation in no one else,

 for there is no other name under heaven

 given among men by which we must be saved.”

Acts 4:12 ESV
