/Rebuke or Refute

說話浮躁的,如刀刺人;

The culture of "" pronounce as [dui]) is very popular
among Chinese nowadays, therefore this Word has caught my attention.
I searched the internet and saw this explanation
 on the "Everyday Headline" webpage:
“"" means that one party deliberately finds fault
with the other person‘s behavior.
Others say it more positively: "Little stimulates small improvement ,
big makes big improvement, no then no improvement."
(reference URL: https://71a.xyz/gGVV60)
However, other meanings of the word ""  include
scolding, criticizing, attacking, taunting, rebuking , refuting ...and so on.
The emotions enticed behind these actions are often not positive.
The  original meaning of the word "" is resentment or hatred.
As Christians, should we “” each other? if so, what is the purpose?
Do we “” someone out of resentment or love?  This is worth pondering.
The Bible provides us with guidance about speaking and coping (judging),
which we must learn and practice throughout our lives.
“When words are many, transgression is not lacking,
but whoever restrains his lips is prudent.”
Proverbs 10:19 ESV
“The heart of the righteous ponders how to answer,
but the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things.”
Proverbs 15:28 ESV
“There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts,
but the tongue of the wise brings healing.”
Proverbs 12:18 ESV
“Pride leads to conflict; those who take advice are wise.”
Proverbs 13:10 NLT
“If you listen to constructive criticism,
you will be at home among the wise.”
Proverbs 15:31 NLT
“Let all that you do be done in love.”
1 Corinthians 16:14 ESV
