中國俗話說：「三日不讀書，面目可憎」，我們的屬靈生命也是如此，神的話語是我們屬靈生命的糧食，要生存就得先活著，要活就要吃糧食，屬靈生命要成長就得吃靈糧，這樣才能有深度和廣度，以及能承載豐盛生命所需的成熟度。

As the Chinese saying goes, "If you don’t read for three days, even your face becomes an abomination." The same is true for our spiritual life. God’s word is the food for our spiritual life. If you want to live, you must survive first. For one’s spiritual life to grow, one must eat spiritual food, so that one can have depth and width, as well as the maturity needed to have an abundant life.

「飢渴慕義的人有福了！ 因為他們必得飽足。」- 馬太福音 5:6

「“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.」- Matthew 5:6 ESV
