古語云：「欲戴其冠，必承其重。」，然而，神的兒女有永生的冠冕，卻不用「承其重」。因為主耶穌早已為我們付出了代價。當我們面對現實世界，主耶穌基督曾說在世上有苦難，但在他裏面有平安，而且是這個世界所不能奪取的平安, 他也曾說：「因為我的軛是容易的，我的擔子是輕省的。」」（馬太福音 11:30 RCUV）。我們只要憑信心，倚靠交託給祂，祂的恩典是夠用的；我們只要遵主而行，祂所應許的絕不落空，我們所處的環境也要成為祝福，不要害怕環境中的「荊棘」和「蒺藜」，不順不利的環境都要為我們效勞，至終使我們得益處，我們只要明白信靠神這個奧秘，必不再承其重。做為神的兒女是好的無比的。

As long as we obey the Lord, whatever He promised will not fail. Even our environment will also become a blessing. Don’t be afraid of the "thorns" and "nettles ", even unfavorable and difficult environments will all work for us, and ultimately benefit us. As long as we understand the mystery of trusting in God, we will no longer “bear its weight”. Being children of God is such a blessing.

As the Chinese saying goes, "If you don’t read for three days, even your face becomes an abomination." The same is true for our spiritual life. God’s word is the food for our spiritual life. If you want to live, you must survive first. For one’s spiritual life to grow, one must eat spiritual food, so that one can have depth and width, as well as the maturity needed to have an abundant life.

聖經教導我們孩子是神所賜給我們的產業，我們要盡心盡力的去照管敎導，以身作則，尤其是在屬靈的道路上；而常常為孩子祈禱，是向神為孩子支取力量，來面對人生的大小戰役，祈禱我們都非置身度外，而是在愛裏，在靈裏鼓勵，讚美和管敎來堅固我們的孩子們，使他們也成為别人的祝福，是榮耀神的人。

Bible teaches that children are an inheritance given to us by God. We must do our best to take care of them, teach them, and lead by example, especially on the spiritual path. And to pray for our children always. Praying for our children is to draw strength from God for them to face battles and struggles of life. I pray that we are not like an outsider to our children’s lives , but in love, in spirit to provide them with encouragement, praises, and to discipline them in order to strengthen them , so that they also become the blessings of others and are people who glorify Our Lord.

Many places in the Bible teach us to be holy and to be alert and to be self-controlled. However, people who have strong desire being controlling have a strong subjective consciousness. They often like to control things that are not part of their business. They cannot self-control themselves which creates pointless matters, which not only hurting others and it is detrimental to oneself, especially one’s spiritual well-being.
