常常聽到人們爭辯「人定勝天」，正能量信念一定有正面結果的密訣，然而這是錯誤的並且不是絕對的，並且以此觀點推斷事情是危險且有害的，例如：飛機失事，全機人員㦬難，是因為所有㦬難者都負面思考所致嗎？這對㦬難者及其家屬情何以堪呢？

It is often heard that people argue that "men will surely conquer nature" and that the key to life is that positive thinking must lead to positive results. But this is false and not absolute. It is dangerous and detrimental to judge things from such a point of view. For example, if a plane crashes, and everyone on it were killed, is it due to negative thinking of the victims? How can one justify this for the victims and their families?
