在聖經的詩篇118章24節告訴我們：「這是耶和華所定的日子， 我們在其中要高興歡喜！」事實是每一天都是屬於神的日子，如果我們意識到我們是在造物主創造的時間度日這一點，也知道我們是誰，我們的身份是什麼，那麼我們就會好好思考如何好的選擇並且善用每一天。
In Psalm 118:24 of the Bible, it tells us: "This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!" The fact is, every day is a day that belongs to God. If we realize that we are living in the time of what God has created, if we also know who we are and what our identity is, then we will think about how to make good choices and make good use of every day.
