有些人說風就是雨，一點事情就怒氣沖天，缺乏克制力，其中有部分人可能是生理原因造成，例如更年期，甲狀腺失調等，有部分人可能是缺乏見識，又不自知，傲慢加偏見，容忍量低以致易怒，有些人卻是為了正義而怒，也許還有其它原因使人發怒，然而主內弟兄姐妹無論如何要快快聽神的道，謹慎言語，慢慢的動怒。神造我們有情緒的，神也允許我們有生氣的時候，但不要我們以致做惡，使徒保羅也告誡我們生氣但不要犯罪。我們雖不完美但在神有完全的愛與恩典。

“當止住怒氣，離棄憤怒； 不要心懷不平，以致作惡。”詩篇 37:8

“不輕易發怒的，勝過勇士； 控制自己脾氣的，強如取城。”箴言 16:32

“不輕易發怒的，大有聰明； 性情暴躁的，大顯愚昧。”箴言 14:29

“但要棄絕那愚拙無知的辯論，因為你知道這等事只會引起爭辯。”提摩太後書 2:23

“即使生氣也不要犯罪；不可含怒到日落，.......

一切苦毒、憤怒、惱恨、嚷鬧、毀謗，和一切的惡毒都要從你們中間除掉。”以弗所書 4:26, 31

Some people are quick-tempered like a storm, and they get angry at any little things and they lack self control. Some of this may be caused by physical problems, such as menopause, or thyroid disorders. Some may be from the lack of knowledge, or a subconscious issue. Their arrogance or prejudice may cause them to lack tolerance, so they are easily irritated. Some people are angry for justice sake. There may be other reasons to make people angry. However, brothers and sisters in the Christ, we must listen to the Word of God, be careful in our words, and be slow to get angry. God created us to have emotions, and God allows us to be angry, but he does not want us to do evil. The Apostle Paul also warns us to not sin by letting our anger control us. Although we are not perfect but in God there is perfect love and grace.
