中國俗諺云：「錢不是萬能，但沒錢就萬萬不能。」其實這個概念是個迷思不是絕對，雖然現實生活常態是以錢易物或以錢易服務的情況，我們工作掙錢養家活口天經地義，然而孔夫子説：「君子愛財，取之有道。」；金錢本身是被動的，人們面對金錢的態度，觀念，動機及其價值觀卻是主動的，有人說：「金錢就像是一面能照射出人性的鏡子，有多少人在它面前毫無死角的展現出自己的貪婪與慾望。」我們的生命優先順序是什麼呢？照照金錢這面鏡子，反思一下我們的生命是金錢使然嗎？

「貪財是萬惡之根。有人貪戀錢財，就被引誘離了真道，用許多愁苦把自己刺透了。」提摩太前書 6:10

「你豈要定睛在虛無的 錢財 上嗎？ 因 錢財 必長翅膀，如鷹向天飛去。」箴言 23:5
