聖經記載了許多人物，有些人是我們的正面榜樣，也有的人是我們當引以為鑒的負面例子。今天要分享的是夏娃。夏娃是神創造的第一個女人，她嫁給神創造的第一個男人，亞當，他們是完美的結合，他們生活在神所造的完美花園裏，不愁吃喝，沒有賬單要付，沒有生活壓力，也沒有病痛的煩惱；然而，夏娃在這一個完美的環境，卻不滿足於現況，她受到撒旦的引誘，做了違背神交代的事。我們當知足感恩所擁有的一切，不要定睛在所沒有的，相信神所設限不給我們的是為我們的利益著想，不要像夏娃為了想再要多一點卻失去最重要的，也失去了真正的一切。神是我們的所有一切，因為生死在於祂。

「不要愛世界和世界上的東西，若有人愛世界，愛父的心就不在他裏面了。 因為凡世界上的東西，好比肉體的情慾、眼目的情慾和今生的驕傲，都不是從父來的，而是從世界來的。 這世界和世上的情慾都要消逝，惟獨那遵行上帝旨意的人永遠常存。」約翰一書 2:15-17

「還有一點：「少種的少收；多種的多收。」 各人要隨心所願，不要為難，不要勉強，因為上帝愛樂捐的人。 上帝能將各樣的恩惠多多加給你們，使你們凡事常常充足，能多做各樣善事。」

哥林多後書 9:6-8

「因為人只要有願做的心，必照他所有的蒙悅納，並不是照他所沒有的。」哥林多後書 8:12

There are many people recorded in the Bible. Some are our positive role models, and some are our negative examples. Today I’m going to share about Eve. Eve was the first woman created by God. She married the first man created by God, Adam. They were a perfect union. They lived in the perfect garden created by God. They had no worries about eating and drinking, nor did they have bills to pay. There was no pressure in life, and there was no physical sickness or troubles. However, Eve was not satisfied with the current situation in this perfect environment. She was tempted by Satan and did something contrary to God's command. We should be content and grateful for everything we have, and not focus on what we don’t have. Trust God for the limit He sets for us is for our benefit. Don’t be like Eve who wants more, only to end up losing the most important thing and therefore losing it all. God is our all in all, because life and death lies in Him.

“Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.” 1 John 2:15-17 NLT

“Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.” 2 Corinthians 9:6-8 NLT

“Whatever you give is acceptable if you give it eagerly. And give according to what you have, not what you don’t have.”2 Corinthians 8:12 NLT
