屬靈健康的自我認知非常重要，我們需要知道我們是誰，我們需要把是誰放在做什麼之前，我們的目標要著眼於我們在神眼中的身分是什麼，我們要成為誰，再計劃去做什麼。只有尋找回我們被造最原始的身分與目的，那麼我們才能從撒旦的謊言及它以世界觀的價值來定義我們之中脫離出來，唯有用聖經中的真理來取代謊言，我們才能真正得到自由，不再受謊言的捆綁。撒旦要我們恐懼，神卻給我們剛強壯膽的心。撒旦要我們憂愁，神卻賜我們平安。撒旦要我們覺得不配，神卻賜我們為祂兒女的身份，且是君尊的祭司。撒旦要我們內疚地無法改變，神卻讓我們在基督裡是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了，讓我們可以心意更新而變化成為神喜悅的人。

Self-cognition of spiritual healthy identity is very important. We need to know who we are and what we are, before doing God’s plan for our life. Our goal is to focus on what we are in the eyes of God, who we want to be spiritually, and then plan to fulfill our purpose . Only by retrieving our identity and purpose God has created us for, can we escape from Satan’s lies and his worldview. Only by replacing these lies with biblical truths can we truly be free. We need to rebound from the lies. Satan wants us to fear, but God gives us a strong and courageous heart. Satan wants us to be troubled, but God gives us peace. Satan wants us to feel unworthy, but God has given us the status of being His children and as royal priests. Satan wants us to be guilty and unable to change, but God allows us to be a new creation in Christ. The old has gone and all has become new, so that we can renew our minds and be transformed into people who please God.
