認識祂就是要愛祂/To know Him is to love Him
我們想要在日常生活中應用及實踐遵主而行，這是需要先擁有認識祂的知識。這樣的知識讓我們可以洞悉何為主純全可喜悅的旨意，然後遵主而行。聖經就是神的話語，從中我們可以知道神的道，這道就是神的旨意，神的方式。我們要認識神以及明白神，就要從祂的話語開始，認識祂就是要愛祂，這也幫助我們常常察驗自己行事的動機是否符合神的旨意。
「聖經都是神所默示的 ，於教訓、督責、使人歸正、教導人學義都是有益的， 叫屬神的人得以完全，預備行各樣的善事。」- 提摩太後書 3:16-17
「神的道是活潑的，是有功效的，比一切兩刃的劍更快，甚至魂與靈，骨節與骨髓，都能刺入、剖開，連心中的思念和主意都能辨明。」- 希伯來書 4:12
「耶和華的律法全備，能甦醒人心； 耶和華的法度確定，能使愚人有智慧。
耶和華的訓詞正直，能快活人的心； 耶和華的命令清潔，能明亮人的眼目。
耶和華的道理潔淨，存到永遠； 耶和華的典章真實，全然公義」詩篇 19:7-9
If we want to apply and practice obeying the Lord in our daily lives, we need to have the knowledge to know Him first. This kind of knowledge allows us to understand what the Lord’s good, pleasing and perfect will is, and then to walk in accordance with the Lord. The Bible is God's Word, from which we can know God's way and God's will. If we want to know God and understand God, we must start with His Word. To know Him is to love Him. This also helps us to check whether our motives are in line with God's will.
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” - 2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV
“For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” - Hebrews 4:12 ESV
“The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; the precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; the fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the rules of the Lord are true, and righteous altogether.” - Psalm 19:7-9 ESV
